I recently resolved a client’s claim against a “big box” store.

My client sustained a laceration requiring three stitches in his hand resulting from a defective condition.

There was no legitimate offer to settle the claim, so I went ahead and put the claim into suit even though it was not a claim that was going to justify a large amount of money damages.

What’s right is right! After suing the claim, I obtained a $10,000.00 settlement, which was fair.

When my clients are injured by the negligence of others, I will pursue their claims until a just result is achieved!!
